Represented Sunstream to Planning and Building departments and guided projects through entitlement process. Presented projects to neighborhood groups, planning commissions and city councils. Coordinated activities of all consultants for design of site improvements and homes. Supervised site superintendents and project administrators during construction. Successfully completed 600 single-family homes in twelve in-fill subdivisions. Used CPM scheduling techniques to reduce typical home construction from seven to five months.
