Consult and manage the due diligence process, entitlement process and design of various residential and commercial projects, including: a five lot high-end residential neighborhood, a 60 lot-subdivision, a mixed use residential/office complex and Coast-Side Residences. Projects include new construction and remodels.

Managed and expanded a 12 person architectural office specializing in a wide range of residential projects in the Bay Area.

Managed and coordinated the architectural and consulting staffs in the investigation, evaluation and design of multiple projects, ranging from single-family homes and multi-family complexes, to high-tech facilities. Successfully stepped up to head Design and Consulting Departments and trained new Head of Construction.

Construction division of mid-sized San Francisco homebuilder. Responsibilities included feasibility and due diligence of potential sites, coordination of planning, infrastructure design, and toxic clean-up. Represented Sunstream to Planning and Building departments and guided projects through entitlement process. Presented projects to neighborhood groups, planning commissions and city councils. Coordinated activities of all consultants for design of site improvements and homes. Supervised site superintendents and project administrators during construction. Successfully completed 600 single-family homes in twelve in-fill subdivisions. Used CPM scheduling techniques to reduce typical home construction from seven to five months.

Full responsibility for planning, development and design of residential developments totaling 400 homes. Supervised design and production of construction documents for 20,000 sq. ft. office building. Developed planning concepts for 65-acre commercial/retail site.

Directed reconstruction of fire and settlement damaged areas of 40,000 sq ft. historic retail center. Coordinated Mill promotions, secured new tenant leases and directed construction of tenant improvements.

Managed all phases of multi-million dollar commercial projects. Projects successfully completed include The Dollar Building, 847 Sansome Street, and The Cathedral Hill Hotel.

Managed the planning, processing, design and infra-structure construction of the 200 acre World College West Campus. Then directed construction of the Learning Center, Library and Student Center buildings of World College West Campus.

Collaborated with in-house design teams and managed development and construction of projects and historical restorations, including Fairfield Landing and Streamer Gold Landing restaurants, Fairfax Square, The Petaluma Museum/Library and the East Bay Center for the Performing Arts.

Managed development of commercial projects, including a 300,000 sq. ft. shopping mall and a 100,000 sq. ft. office building. Performed market analyses, feasibilities, and financial projections.

Monitored activities of consultants and contractors on UDC projects, including 400 residential units and the Niagara Falls Convention Center.

Directed survey crew and supervised field operations of complex heavy construction projects.

Designed and supervised construction of rural public works in West Pakistan.
